Brachioplasty
Remove excess tissue and reduce circumference of upper arm(s). Tissue in upper arms relaxes with age, gravity, and weight loss. This tissue can be removed through an incision along inner arm, where scars have minimal visibility. Actual incision may curve to minimize scar contraction, and later modification of incision is sometimes necessary. Liposuction is often used to remove additional fat and to contour upper arm.
